Return Shipping Cost Policy
Please be advised that Abdyu does not cover or provide reimbursement for return shipping costs under standard circumstances. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preferences, you will be fully responsible for covering the postage and shipping fees required to send the package back to our warehouse facility. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the return transit process.
Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While we work diligently to ensure every order is packed with perfection, we acknowledge that mistakes or transit mishaps can occasionally happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or completely incorrect (such as receiving the wrong size, color, or a completely different clothing item than what you ordered), Abdyu will absolutely take full responsibility. In these specific circumstances, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs. Refund Processing and Timelines

This inspection process generally takes between 3 to 5 business days from the date of delivery. After your return is approved, we will immediately initiate the refund process.
